Terms
Filling in the form does not hold your spot — paying does. We do not offer refunds, except when we cancel on you. Be decent to everyone else.
Signing up
Your spot is confirmed once your registration is complete. For paid weekends, that means once your payment has gone through — filling in the form alone does not hold a place.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay. Spots are limited, and paying for one holds it.
No refunds
We do not offer refunds. Once you have paid, your spot is held and that place is taken out of circulation, so a change of mind or a change of plans cannot be refunded. Please be sure before you pay.
The one exception: if we cancel the weekend, or we cannot honour your spot, you will be refunded in full. That is on us, not on you.
Showing up
Turn up on time, be decent to other people, and follow the instructions of whoever is running the weekend. Anyone making others uncomfortable will be asked to leave.
Photos
We take photographs and sometimes share them. Tell us if you would rather not appear in them and we will keep you out of the frame.
