We collect as little as possible, we never see your card details, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
What we collect
When you register: your name, email, phone number, and anything optional you choose to add such as your Instagram handle, age, or a note about accessibility needs.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. We do store a payment reference so we can match your payment to your registration and issue refunds.
What we do with it
We use it to run the weekend you signed up for: contacting you if plans change, and sending you the details you need on the day. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
Getting it removed
Ask us and we will delete your registration details. Payment records are kept for accounting reasons.
